Property management fee
- We Charge 10% of Rents Collected
- No Vacancy Fee
- We are licensed and insured and we can provide copies if needed of insurance papers
- 50% of Late fees collected go to the owner
- Once a work order is called in the maintenance worker will contact the tenant to set up a time to come assess the situation
- If an eviction is wanted by the owner, we have a local attorney that can handle your request at an additional fee

- Maintenance is on call 24 hours a day for major emergencies
