A little bit about our service
- Our maintenance hours are Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
- If maintenance is not an emergency, workers will not be dispatched after 3:30pm
- We are licensed and insured and we can provide copies if needed of insurance papers
- It is imperative that maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely fashion to prevent any further damages
- Once a work order is called in the maintenance worker will contact the tenant to set up a time to come assess the situation
- If a tenant cannot be at the property between 8:00 am – 3:30pm to let workers in, our maintenance workers have a key to access the property to get the work done.
