No Vacancy Fee
Tenant Placement is 50% of the first month’s rent
50% of Late fees collected go to the owner
If an eviction is wanted by the owner, we have a local attorney that can handle your request at an additional fee

Team Leads can bid your projects from small projects to large flips
Maintenance is on call 24 hours a day for major emergencies
